Indian Pueblo Cultural Center Restaurant
This Albuquerque project included a two-story addition including a new kitchen, dining facilities, banquet room, and office and conference space. A two-story fireplace and water feature were key lobby elements. This fast-track project was completed on time and within budget, thanks to effective collaboration between the Jaynes project team and the Owners.
This Center is owned and operated by the 19 Indian Pueblos of New Mexico.
A project challenge was completing construction while the busy Cultural Center continued to serve the public.
Located inside the Indian Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, the acclaimed Indian Pueblo Kitchen offers guests an unforgettable Indigenous dining experience with our tradition of creative, Native American culinary artistry and celebrated Pueblo hospitality.
